His Eminence John Cardinal Njue has commended and encouraged the members of the central committee of Cardinal Otunga’s Beatification Process for commitment in its work.
He emphasized that the ongoing process called “each one of us get involved” in the process, for the process to come to its fruition.
The Cardinal was addressing the members, led Sr. Esther Ichugu (Secretary to the team) and who had paid him a courtesy call at his office, located at Cardinal Otunga Plaza, Nairobi within the Holy Family Minor Basilica precincts on Monday, April 8, 2019.
“The ongoing process on the life of our Cardinal calls each one of us to get involved in terms of prayers, among other fronts,” he emphasized.
He announced that the process has already completed its Diocesan Phase and was in the Roman Phase.
“In this Roman Phase, a proven miracle on healing is expected. Here a commitment to praying for this is most expected,” explained Cardinal Njue.
The members of the central committee had called on His Eminence to be briefed on the process.
“All is moving on well. We should not worry, but move on with what is expected from us while God will do the rest, Spread these Good news to the people while urging them to constantly offer prayers to the cause,” he further urged.
